Financial Policy of Dr. Kutas

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash, checks, and Care Credit® (Learn More About Care Credit)

We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. We require payment at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 901-754-2273.

Usually, a quick and easy phone call is all it takes to clear up most misunderstandings.

Please note that regardless of your insurance coverage, you the patient are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office.

Upon request we will provide a statement. Our experience with most insurance companies indicates they will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement shows payment discrepancies with respect to your insurance coverage. Any balance that remains after your insurance coverage has been applied is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Arrangments for a payment plan must be discussed prior to the actual procedure.

Our office goal is to not allow the cost of treatment to prevent our patients from benefiting from the quality care that they need or desire. In our office, we strive to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.

 

Our fees are based on the quality material that we use as well as the effort and skill required in preforming your needed treatment. We will assist you with your benefit eligibility before treatment to help you calculate your cost and to maximize your insurance. We will be sensitive to your financial circumstances and do everything possible to help you achieve the best oral health. However you will be responsible for payment  regardless of any insurance companies payments or determination.

Due to extensive amount of time our staff and doctor devotes to preparing uninterrupted time for you appointment any appointments [over 2 hours will require a deposit of half of the treatment fee up front].
